My wife and I checked many new construction opportunities... and we could not be more pleased.  The builders worked with us and we were able to add the customized touches to give us exactly what we wanted.  Some construction companies permit one opportunity to do a walk through during construction.  The builders... gave us a builders key so we could come and go whenever we wanted.
